About me
Karla Frizler is a transformational leader, change agent, and lifelong learner. Her mission is to transform lives by helping students and employees achieve their educational, professional, and personal goals. Karla has been an educator for nearly 30 years. In the community college world, she has been a student, classified staff, adjunct faculty, full-time faculty, faculty coordinator/department chair, and now an academic administrator (Associate Dean). Her goal is to help nontraditional and historically disadvantaged and underserved students have equal access to education and equitable access to the supports they need to be successful.
