About me
I am currently a graduate student within the Department of Anthropology at Cal State LA. I also work as a high school ELD paraprofessional within the San Fernando Valley. My current research looks at the social identity development of youth labeled as English Language Learners and its effects on their schooling experiences as well as the negotiations youth employ and to gain social citizenship.
